FACL Western AGM 2025
The annual general meeting (“AGM”) for Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, Western Chapter is taking place on August 26, 2025 at 6:00PM MST.
The AGM will be held in a webcast online-only format for the following purposes:
to elect new board of directors;
to consider reports of the president of FACL Western for the 2024 to 2025 year;
to report on financial highlights for fiscal year ending March 31, 2025;
to discuss vision of FACL Western for the year of 2025 to 2026 and beyond; and
to transact such other business as may properly come before the AGM or any adjournment thereof.
At the AGM, all members in good standing will be entitled to one (1) vote and have an opportunity to participate and ask questions. Quorum for the AGM shall consist of the lesser of ten (10) members or 10% of the members in good standing, present physically or virtually via Microsoft Teams at the AGM or represented by proxy.
